Hey everyone! I just realized with all the chaos going on that I didn’t post an update on here. I wanted to let you know what’s going on with me and my family because it’s affecting my work schedule quite a bit.

A couple weeks ago, my mom fell and broke her femur. As some of you know, she lives with us and she is the main caregiver for my baby while I work.

While she is healing and recovering (which we have no idea how long that is going to be at this point) my schedule is going to be more limited. Clients who have monthly memberships and packages will get first priority in scheduling. I’m blocking off a lot of my schedule online, but if you don’t see a time that works, text me and we will figure something out!

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for being flexible with me during this time!

Lauren grew up in Kansas City, MO where she earned her Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage in 2010. In 2013, she came to Colorado on a whim to visit a friend and go on a camping trip that would ultimately change the direction of her life. On that camping trip, she landed a job as a Massage Therapist at Elevation Spa in Crested Butte. She had one month to go back home, pack up her belongings, move to a new state and start her new job! She has called Colorado home ever since.
