This post is for all Healthcare workers.
As you care for each individual daily remember addiction is a disease.
Because you have a patient with more behavioral issues, manic episodes, anger, confusion, physical outbursts and more does not mean give up on that patient.

It means make note. It means provide the appropriate care for this individual just as every other wether it be the heart attack in the room next door or the stroke alert that just came overhead.

All the same, provide care to each the same.

I have been disgusted as of late, by the attitudes and reactions of people I have been around while tending for patients with addiction. I have also been the patient with an addiction at one point in life.
I am disappointed, disgusting by your responses, your inability to provide excellent Patient care, safety and more

Step up, grow up.
If you do not have the knowledge or the experience let's get that to you.
Ask for it.
There are so many means of gaining more knowledge while working in healthcare that it makes this more ridiculous and heartbreaking as our world and people in it refuse to grow and learn as times changed.

'Under the Hearth LLC' is curremtly researching multiple Government programs that can assist our Elderly and Disabled adults by providing base wages to Certified Caretakers/CNA's for assisting eligible persons in their homes.

As a new Company providing Home Care Services it is a major stepping stone in business development, specifically in the financial department.

As a twelve year veteran in providing excellent Care it is of great importance that as a company in service for the Elderly and Disabled, providing our future Clients with little to zero Out-of-pocket expenses.
Instead a range of multiple Local and National Government Waivers and Work Programs that have great potential.

As a business it is our focus and priority to introduce our Services to the Elderly and Disabled without the stress and anxiety including with cost.

Under the Hearth LLC has been established for the purpose of bringing these services to those in need without the costs and financial burden included.
