I would like to share with you all this picture mail that I received from my sister, along with some tips and benefits of eating beets and beet greens. Beets are high in vitamins A, C, K, and B. Beets and beet greens provide an abundance of healthy benefits-like, lowering the blood pressure, fighting inflammation, and helping to improve digestion. Just to name a few.
