✨ Transformation Tuesday! Shoutout to Diane, my amazing client, for crushing her goals these past 6 months! 💪🏽
Earlier this year, one of my former Florida clients reached out, ready to level up. We connected virtually, and she’s been rocking it ever since. 💪🏽
Diane juggles a demanding corporate career, motherhood, and being a hands-on grandma. She still prioritizes her health, training 3 mornings a week BEFORE her workday starts! 🤯
I’m SO proud of her 6-month transformation. These pics show why I tell clients not to obsess over the scale. Diane’s down 5lbs, but her non-scale victories are HUGE:

This is all hard work and consistency, no ozempic, gimmicky diets or quick fixes here. 🙅🏽♂️
Remember ladies, you all have thinner and smaller bones and lose estrogen as you age all of which makes you more susceptible to osteoporosis and other issues. Resistance training is paramount if you want to age gracefully.
