🌼 This class blends the energizing challenge of a power yoga practice with the steady, intentional pace of a hatha flow. The result is a balanced practice that builds strength while allowing time to move with awareness.
We’ll begin with a warm-up that combines strength-building movements and sun salutations to gently awaken the body. From there, we’ll explore several hatha-inspired flow sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility in a playful and supportive way.
Class will wind down, with slower pace deeper stretches and longer holds to help the body release and reset. We’ll close with pranayama (breathwork) and a restful savasana.
This is an intermediate-level class, though beginners are warmly welcome if you’re looking for a fun and empowering challenge! 🌟
