There are so many things one can stress over at any given time. We tend to think of the worst possible outcomes. I ask that you consider other alternatives. We are good in thinking of the worst, but that is part of "all or nothing" thinking. Protect your peace! Change your algorithms on posts that tend to be negative by not liking it or sometimes at the bottom, the social media outlet will ask if you are interested in such posts. Say no. You can also search under positive thinking and the algorithms will change. Protect your peace!
