BioSafe® Wall Panel Systems combine modular pre-fabricated design principles with the seamless sterile design of traditional stick-built cGMP cleanrooms. Fully monolithic wall and ceiling panels include smooth coved transitions to support ISO 4 - 8 classes, GMP A-D, GLP, ASTM, and IEST requirements. Unlike other modular designs, BioSafe® Wall Panel Systems are not limited by overhead clearance, size, shape, or pathways within the site.

Cleanroom wall panels feature durable uPVC coated steel or stainless steel facers. They are available with fire-rated aluminum honeycomb or thermal insulating foam cores. Wall panels are UL-tested to deliver laboratory-verified structural integrity for the most demanding applications.

Turnkey BioSafe® cleanroom systems can ship in as little as 20 - 30 days. They include prefabricated wall and ceiling panels, UL-listed fan filter units, lights, power distribution systems, and control panels.
