My husband just told me a quote he heard written by Carl Jung.
“Thinking is difficult, that’s why most people judge.”
We’ve all been guilty of it. We’ve all judged another. What I have found the reason to be, is that we are judging ourselves.
So, how do we stop?
How do we stop judging ourselves and others? How do we learn to just love & practice acceptance? How do we release control and practice non attachment?
The only ay I’ve done this for myself, is to clear my mind. I ask myself, “How does this thought serve me?” And if it doesn’t I find a thought that does.
One of the cards from my Good Vibes deck says, “Turn guilt into gratitude- Judment into acceptance- and Fear into Love”.
By finding a practice that works for you, we can truly create a loving world. And isn’t that what we all want? A world filled with harmony & LOVE???
