Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton was recognized #9 out of 50 for nursing homes between 59-99 beds in “America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026” national ratings released by Newsweek on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

In addition to being nationally ranked by Newsweek, GCC Fullerton has also been listed among the nation’s best by U.S. News & World Report in 2025. Health systems and nursing facilities cannot opt out of these annual studies or pay for inclusion on the lists.

Located at 330 W. Bastanchury Rd. Fullerton, CA 92835, GCC Fullerton is a 99-bed facility that offers short- and long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation for people recovering from surgery, injury or illness. Its multi-disciplinary team cares for approximately 99 residents around the clock, 365 days a year.
