With her advanced training in Medicine and Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatrist Hina Sidhu, MD helps countless patients manage their mental health concerns. Dr. Sidhu is currently accepting new patients at Revîv Functional Psychiatry & TMS Wellness Center in Fullerton, California. She completed her Internship in Family Medicine and Residency in Adult Psychiatry, both at the University of Southern California (USC) + LAC Medical Center in Los Angeles. As a board-certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Sidhu is known for her expertise in complex mental health care. She believes that the doctor-patient relationship should be the center of medical treatment. Dr. Sidhu follows an integrative approach to care, focusing on the concept of Functional Medicine. All treatment plans are individualized to the patient and follow the bio-psychosocial model, which focuses on all aspects of a patient’s life. Because Dr. Sidhu spends time addressing all areas of a patient’s well-being, they get an individualized and comprehensive treatment plan. Patients of Dr. Sidhu commend her caring and compassionate bedside manner and appreciate her willingness to educate them on wellbeing and various approaches to treatment.

One of my favorite authors is Eckhart Tolle. He explains the ‘self’ so beautifully. We tend to think love is something to chase, to find, to discover in ‘someone’ or ‘something’. The disappointment that often follows is inevitable. This is because the most important source of this love is, and always has been, you. Spend time understanding & realizing your sense of self for that is the only place love resides. That is the only place from which it can truly be given and received. That is also the only place from which it can never ‘leave’ because it is a state of being. It was never a ‘destination’.
