Amendment 3 will be on the November 8th ballot. This measure specifically addresses legalization and recreational use of ma*****na in MO.

M**hamphetamine “m**h” use in Callaway County is rampant. Most people don’t even know what goes into the street drugs they are consuming. The formulas used 20 years ago to make m**h are different from today. Research proves that there is an undeniable connection of m**h use with mental health and homelessness. As if the old formula wasn’t bad enough, the new formula is causing more severe long-term effects.
A person can get addicted to m**h with just one use!

Today is a day that many adults and teens celebrate by engaging in smoking ma*****na- 4/20 Day. Some believe it is a celebration without repercussions. That is far from the truth!

Who are we?
C3 is a new substance use prevention initiative housed within the Callaway County United Way network and in partnership with Compass Health. We are the only substance use prevention coalition within Callaway County that is registered with the MO Department of Mental Health. Our mission is to prevent and reduce substance use within Callaway County through community collaboration, education, and awareness.
We have a dedicated powerhouse team of members/stakeholders from Callaway County United Way, Compass Health, Fulton Police Department, Callaway County Sheriff's Office, Central Missouri Community Action-Callaway County, Callaway Children’s Division, Family and Drug Treatment Courts, and various community members all UNITED to make a change!
