The energy shift that the new turn around the sun is ushering in is intense, and exciting. . in all the good ways. Y’all have been working hard making peace with your monsters. This is a year of explosive growth. A year we will reap all the good we’ve sown. A year of application. Acknowledging was the hard part. Now it’s time to fully step out of our toxic cycles and gain the peace we’ve been working so diligently at. I am so excited to see how full we all become. How much more in our authenticity we will stand. . Gravitate to those who share your frequency. The more we find each other, the louder the vibration bringing over the masses, to love. . Love will always win. . Go to it. Surround yourself with it. embody it. I’m already proud of every single one of us .. Keep working. It’s not without reward. 🖤

Blessed solstice 🖤 The dark night is upon us. Remember it’s ok to take a step back from the craziness of life. . This time of winter, is a time of hibernation. A time of reflection on the past year. An evaluation of our spirit. An inventory of our interactions and actions . Every year as we age, we grow further into our healing journey. Accountability and clear perception of self is the only true way to evolution of the human experience. May we all find a way to keep diving deeper, and being authentic. I hope we all find the courage to let go of the things that no longer serve us. Keep searching for the light. It’s out here 🖤 happy holiday season to all. 🖤

I’ve been on another mission lately 🤣🙈 I’ve been working really hard at my research and writing my advanced reiki and chakra classes. I’m hoping to be able to finally release it soon, there are so many layers to it though.

This will be a class for those that want to take their healing modality or study to the next level. This will help you develop your own healing style and frequencies in connection with your master self . You will have a greater understanding of inter dimensional frequencies and healing methods. This course challenges your perceptions of energy and expansion, so come with an open mind and heart. 🖤 formal announcement to come when everything is finalized and set. 🖤

I see a lot of people going through this lately. . Take a real honest look at yourself and the people you think are pushing you away. Or possibly, the people you push away. What is the root of that ? I’ve seen a lot of abandonment issues coming out as , never can stay , always want to leave, trauma response.

When we find the root of our traumas. We find the root of our patterns in behavior. When we find the patterns in our behavior we can change our response cycles. When we can change our response cycles real integration and healing can begin. This is the hard work. This is why people quit. It’s always going to be easier to blame , mom , dad , siblings , grandpa, whoever… than yourself. You have to take a serious look at your part in your suffering. 🖤

There have been many similar themes running through my readings in the past month. We are being called to trust our truest selves to lead us where we are meant to be. 🖤

So many of us have followed paths that have lengthened our journey to spiritual freedom. It’s time to step out of the traumas. Stop clinging to what’s not meant for you. Let it be and what will be , will simply be.

This doesn’t mean things come without work. Do not mistake grace for no work. Giving grace is some of the hardest work there is out there. Acceptance is some of the hardest work out there. Detachment is some of the hardest work out there.

When your trust yourself over anyone else there is a power in that. When you put your total and complete faith in yourself- and your guides- and your angels -and god(s) quite literally nothing will stop you.

Take your power back. Trust yourself. Trust you know what’s best for you over anyone else. Through these times we must steer our own ship and lean in with full faith 🖤
