Seborrheic dermatitis, also known as dandruff, is a condition that causes scaling and flaking of the scalp and skin. Psoriasis on the other hand is an inflammatory condition that results in thick, inflamed, and scaling on the skin and other areas of the body, such as the joints.

Frostbite causes damage to the skin due to prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures. It first can appear red, purple, or white with soreness and a warm pins and needles sensation. Deep frostbite presents as numb hard, black, and thick skin.

With temperatures dropping, make sure you’re protecting yourself with layers of warm clothing ❄️. If you feel like you may have frostbite, seek medical attention ASAP.
