Be kind. You never really know what is going on in another person’s life.

We are all souls navigating this human experience…

When someone steps onto their mat, they might be carrying so much more than we will ever see.

Someone arriving with quiet grief
someone holding joy they haven’t shared yet
someone rebuilding their strength
someone processing change
someone learning how to soften again
someone overwhelmed but trying
someone celebrating a personal win
someone holding exhaustion in their bones

This is why tenderness matters.
Why presence matters.
Why the way we hold space matters.

Because every person on the mat is carrying a whole human story…

and the practice becomes a place where they can land
breathe
feel
and come home to themselves
at their own pace.

The mat doesn’t judge, our circles, souls holding space for each other, don’t judge. It’s like a warm cocoon where you can let your guard down, surrender and really feel into all of the emotions that rise and fall inside of you.

It is safe to let yourself feel because you are not alone🤍🥹

5 brave yogi souls made it to early Y yoga this morning. Snowy, rainy, slushy defined this morning!

Lovely flow accompanied by soft Xmas music provided the setting.

One of the poses we practiced was a powerful Pyramid pose ~ a beneficial hamstring and hip opener. Several variations that you can practice.
