We are so pleased to announce our January 2026 employee of the month! Please help us in congratulating Rashaun Smith Security one at Nixon! Rashaun has been an outstanding employee for seven years, starting his career as an FRS then moving to the security department. Not only has Rashaun been taking on more assignments and really stepping up his role in the security department but he’s always willing to help other officers and volunteer to work overtime. His precise attention to detail and knowledge of the day-to-day operations is vital to not only the department but also the hospital in itself. Rashaun possesses a very valued respect for coworkers as well as the patients we serve; he is always willing to accept extra responsibilities to ensure things in the department continue running smoothly. Rashaun always goes above and beyond to help staff in the hospital, and you can always see him smiling and chatting with patients as well as his fellow coworkers.
