Good morning, Reclamation family!

I am pleased to announce that our practice is growing and moving to a new location here in Fuquay-Varina! I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this chapter of my professional life unfold the last few years and I am deeply grateful and humbled by this experience.

It is time to continue moving FORWARD and allow for continued growth, challenges, and prosperity for my practice and the community I serve.

Remembering Rebecca White 🕊 🫶

Her office was meant to be a place of safety.

Rebecca White, a 44-year-old mental health counselor, was attacked by a former patient after refusing to meet with him. She was fatally stabbed. A male client who tried to help was also stabbed but survived.

The suspect later died from an apparent self-inflicted injury. Police say the attack was targeted and remain under investigation.

Her death has shaken the mental health community and raised serious concerns about safety.

Good Friday morning, friends!

I wanted to share recent feedback from a client of mine whom I've been working with for the past year and a half. She has come such a long way since the first time we met and is now moving on towards more solution focused- goal oriented tasks for the upcoming year.

You all hear me explain how therapy can be beneficial. Well, here is a real life experience from someone who started a journey of unknowns and is now moving confidently towards the future she wants.

This is in no way about me, so please do not take what I am sharing and misinterpret it. I am sharing this with you all to hopefully inspire the ones who may be hesitatant about what therapy can do for them. I am simply a vessel. A vessel that has been given a beautiful opportunity to help others thrive. 💪 🫶

Happy Thanksgiving friends! There is so much to be thankful and grateful for this year in my life and seeing my clients reclaim their mental health is the very best part!
