With the client's permission, HOH PRC provides accurate and essential information regarding the physical, emotional and spiritual consequences of abortion, while encouraging exploration of other options such as parenting and adoption. Why do we need a pregnancy resource center in this community? God's word says in Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations." As the Body of Christ in this community, we want to give the preborn a chance to live and we want to offer women life-affirming choices for their babies, and post-abortive women a chance for healing and restoration. This is now a reality as we offer the services of free pregnancy tests, information on adoption, referrals for medical care during pregnancy, and clothing and baby supplies. We also want to reach teens with abstinence education.

Please join us in praying for one of our client families. Their baby boy was born on January 1st and is currently in the NICU after experiencing serious breathing complications shortly after birth. He has been on life support but has recently begun showing signs of improvement and is slowly being weaned to less intensive respiratory support.

This has been an incredibly difficult time for his parents, especially as mom has now been discharged and is no longer able to be in the hospital with him full-time.

Please pray for continued healing for this sweet baby, strength and peace for his parents, and wisdom for the medical team caring for him.

URGENT PRAYER NEEDED: A pregnant HOH Mama has tragically lost her life in a house fire. She had a one year old little girl who was also in the fire and is in critical condition. This mama was set to come to another appointment with us this coming Friday. In our very last conversation with her on the very day she died, Michele spoke about how JESUS was the answer to all of life’s problems. Please pray with us for this little baby girl. We are heartbroken.r

Tomorrow morning the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for First Choice Women’s Resource Centers v. Platkin. Hand of Hope submitted an amicus brief in support of Firsf Choice. Please be in concerted prayer for this specific case as it represents government overreach which will surely reverberate across states with Democrat Attorneys General. Please recall that HOH faced similar government intrusion earlier this year when certain NC Democrat politicians demanded confidential information into our ministry. They were not successful in obtaining fhaf information after we collectively, with other pregnancy centers, pushed back on the legal justificafion for such information You can listen to the oral arguments online and the link is in the comments. Together, we press on. Thankful for you ALL.
