At OSi, we teach people how to regain what they once had and what they were always meant to keep: Their Original Strength. Our mission is to set the world free through movement. We teach everyday people, healthcare professionals, and elite athletes all over the world, how to press reset and live life better. This past weekend we hosted the Kettlebell Ballistics course with Master Trainer, and had a blast! 💥

Members got to dig into key kettlebell movements and saw improvements. 💪

This past weekend a group of OSi members had a blast participating in the BBQ Blues and Brews Event!

This was our 4th year participating and this year we were lead by member as our Pitmaster!

A special shout out to for sponsoring our smoker and to the team of volunteers that came out to prep and serve and cleanup! We may not have won but we sure think we make some of the best butts in town! 💪🐖

It feels really good to know that you showed up consistently to the gym all month consistently. It feels even better when you see that you’re on a streak of consistency for the following months too.

We challenge our members to visit the gym 3x a month to hit the honor roll (12 visits a month). What are you doing to help yourself stay consistent?

Honor Roll Hacks:

1️⃣ Schedule all of your workouts in advance at the start of the month and add them to your calendar

2️⃣ Try to stick to a routine of the same times each week if able.

3️⃣ Get a workout buddy or hire a coach to help you stay accountable to your plan.

4️⃣ Have a backup plan for open gym if your plans get turned around one day.

Our Small Group Training Members showed up and crushed their lifts week over week and continue to see progress. Way to go fam!
