Yeeeep 😳.
There’s so much information around “balancing hormones” that feels surface level for me like low progesterone = use progesterone cream
But in reality we need to be asking ok what is CAUSING the low progesterone ? Hint it’s the bears in your life 🐻🐻
Our nervous system is either “running from the bear” (I.e. pumping out cortisol and using up minerals to respond to stress) or it’s recovering from running from the bear.
We identify the bear in our life and create a plan to get rid of it or at least manage it in a healthier way. 🐻 could be :
- lack of calories or protein
- too much caffeine
- unhealthy marriage
- unresolved trauma
- lack of quality sleep
- perfectionist attitude
