The Law Office of M. Brooks Moss, PA offers services as a Guardian ad Litem and as a Certified Mediatior. Family Court deals with issues such as Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Visitation and name changes. The niche practice focus is based upon the desire to better service the needs of children and litigants in the midst of family court proceedings. As a Guardian ad Litem, the practice works to protect the interests of minor children in all Family Court proceedings and to protect vulnerable adults in Probate Court proceedings. M. Brooks Moss is a certified Family Court Mediator and conducts mediation to assist individuals with resolving their legal issues through compromise. The practice also handles Adoptions, simple wills, Powers of Attorney, and Conservatorships.
