Thanks Margaret Cherokee Clemson Extension and the folks at Beltline Center Gaffney Housing Authority for today’s class. We all learned lots and got to enjoy a quick easy delicious (and healthy) Strawberry Chicken Salad!!

Order online at www.know2cherokee.com or in-person at the following locations and times: Wednesday and Thursday from 10am until 1 pm at 508 W. Buford Street, Gaffney; Thursday afternoon from 3:30 until 5 at the Gaffney Library; and Thursday afternoon from 4-7pm and Friday morning from 10-noon at 100 W. Meadow Street in Gaffney.

Please note changes in pick-up next week: Pick-up will be WEDNESDAY afternoon from 3:30 until 6 pm and THURSDAY from 11am-1:30pm
