Join us on Saturday March 7at 10:00AM for "Hike Like a Girl" a guided hike along the Lake Crawford Trail from the Kings Mountain National Military Park visitor center to Lake Crawford in Kings Mountain State Park. Please wear good walking shoes, dress appropriately for the weather, and bring a snack or bag lunch. There will be a short break at Lake Crawford for lunch or a snack. The program is free and reservations are not required.
Total Distance: 5 miles
Length: 2.5-3 hours
Trail Difficulty: Easy to Moderate

This Black History Month and American Heart Month, we uplift the impact of heart disease and stroke on Black Americans and highlight contributions in the community.
