Every month at Imagine Recovery Counseling, I host a Lunch and Learn for my team. Quality learning and giving permission to have dedicated space for growth outside of seeing clients is a huge part of burnout mitigation, connectedness, and trauma healing for the healer. We had the pleasure of having to teach us about Dancing with Dragons: a way to approach parts work while being held in REIKI Energy. I am so incredibly lucky to have the highly skilled, compassionate team that I do!
