In this blog, Dr. Jackee Jackson, a leader from REV UP New Jersey, writes about the power of the disability vote. She reflects on the first time she voted, the history of the voting rights movement, and the importance of REV UP's voting advocacy. https://ow.ly/atYk50Xm8VG

➡ End at Hoffner Park with a discussion on how to report accessibility issues in Cincinnati

What to expect:ďż˝
• Sign in and receive info when you arrive
• You don’t have to travel the full route
• Dress comfortably—we’ll be outdoors the whole time
• Time at the end to connect with Independence Alliance or Caracole for services and opportunities

This show hopes to emphasize that when people have access to the right tools and support, they can communicate. And when those communication tools are accessible, individuals can more actively participate in planning and making decisions about their own lives.
