As an RNFA-trained surgical nurse, Mariah assists Dr. Z during surgery, supports in-office procedures, and plays a hands-on role in post-operative care. She also rounds on patients who stay overnight in the hospital and takes time to answer questions, explain what to expect, and help patients feel confident throughout their recovery.

During breast surgery, Dr. Zochowski will often sit the patient up on the operating table to see how gravity and soft tissue behave. This allows him to carefully assess symmetry, implant position, ni**le height, and overall balance. This allows him to make subtle adjustments that can’t be predicted or planned ahead of time.
