We always talk about how kids are so resilient…
They fall, bounce back, get sick, and somehow seem to heal from almost anything.
But when does that stop? When do we go from saying “kids are so resilient” to “I just can’t bounce back like I used to”?
Ever wonder why kids can recover so quickly?
It’s because they haven’t learned to mistrust their bodies yet.
We have always been designed to heal, we just learn to work against that intelligence with symptom solving medications.
What happens when kids grow up with care that reinforces their belief that their bodies are capable instead of waiting to break?
