Wellness Tip of the Day:

Did you know that stretching regularly can help reduce pain and increase mobility? Stretching helps improve blood flow and keep your muscles flexible—two important components of pain management!

Here’s a quick stretch to try today:
Neck Stretch: Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides.

Incorporating stretches like these into your routine can help prevent discomfort before it starts.
