The real fix? Learning how to move better and build strength.

You don’t have to “push through” pain — but you also don’t have to stop everything.

Rest can calm things down, but it doesn’t teach your body how to move differently. So when you jump back into the thing that caused the pain? It usually comes right back.

Meet Maddie, a 17-year-old dancer who brings creativity, strength, and heart into everything she does.

When she first came to On Pointe Wellness, Maddie was navigating daily hip pain from bilateral labral tears.. pain that made even sitting through class uncomfortable, let alone dancing.

Through her PT journey, Maddie learned how to build strength with intention, manage pain on her own terms, and build resilience that supports her artistry.

Her biggest breakthrough?
“Learning how to brace my core and manage my pain changed everything. I finally feel like my injury isn’t in charge anymore.”

These 3 simple words are the mission of On Pointe Wellness. On Pointe was formed in early 2016 after owner, Jenna, became frustrated with the traditional model for Physical Therapy. Throw all your preconceptions about Physical Therapy out the window, because On Pointe Wellness will provide you with a completely unique approach to healing!

What is so unique about this experience? For starters Jenna comes to you! All treatments are provided one-on-one in the privacy of your home, studio or office. This truly creates a personalized approach to your therapy sessions. On Pointe's top priority has always been to provide the highest quality care that focuses on whole body wellness and prevention. Having this full hour of individualized attention means that we have the freedom to really explore the root cause of your problems and create a treatment that works best for YOU!

Don't have a current injury? Thats ok! Prevention is key and creates a more well-balanced lifestyle. Jenna understands that each patient has their own unique needs, and we will always focus on meeting your goals so that you are able to perform at your highest level!

On Pointe Wellness treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in active individuals, with an extra specialization in dance medicine.
