Try our favorite balanced snack recipe!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
~1 cup old-fashioned oats
~4 tablespoons almond butter
~3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
~2 tablespoons chia seeds
~2 tablespoons dry roasted cocoa nibs
~3 scoops Ascent Whey Protein
~1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten
3. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
4. Remove and make into 12 balls
