Good Afternoon, Everyone!

As we approach the end of 2025, remember that there is SOOOOO much goodness in reflecting on what we accomplished this year and to focus on that rather than focusing on what we did NOT accomplish.

And, we still have time to do BIG things this year!

So, think about what you DID do first and then after you are proud of yourself, that's when you can think about the things you really wanted to do this year and have not yet done. Is there ONE thing that stands out that you might be able to make happen this calendar year? ONE thing that is important to you and is possible to complete?

That's what I asked myself recently and it MOTIVATED me to try. Guess what? I did it and SO CAN YOU! There's still time. Use it to your advantage!

2025 is ebbing away with every minute that passes!! The saying “Time waits for no one” keeps ringing in my ears. There’s so much that I wanted to do this year, but there’s also so much that I’ve done as well.

Currently, I’m reminding my clients about their annual medical exams as this year is swiftly leaving us. Some have already done this, but surprisingly not as many as you might think.

How about YOU?

Good day everyone!!

It’s Thankful Tuesday and I’m so grateful for the love my daughter and I share with each other!!

The mommy daughter bond we have is strong!! 💪🏼

Yes!! We have our moments of butting heads but that just means she got my stubbornness. 😂

Our relationship has been a huge blessing in my life!! I call her BOO BOO bc of my love for Yogi Bear 🐻 and Boo Boo growing up. I see her as my side kick for life. So incredibly lucky to have her!! I would choose her as my daughter every single lifetime! She’s got the most beautiful soul within her!!

Even though she towers over my 5ft 3in frame with her 5ft 8in one, she’ll always be my baby girl!! ❤️ I love her so very much!!

Side Note: This picture of us was taken a few years ago when she graduated from Brenau - check out those pink shoes!!! 🤩

Have you ever heard about the Red Car 🚘 Theory? 🤔

It’s worthy of exploration!! 🏔️

The Red Car Theory is pretty simple. When you focus on red cars and being “on the lookout” for them; they’re all of a sudden highly prevalent!! They’re everywhere!! 🚘 🚘 🚘 😳

So, why not join me in an experiment? Instead of looking for and being aware of red cars, we all start noticing the good or as they are often called the glimmer moments. The moments that are beautiful like autumn 🍁leaves falling from a gorgeously colorful deciduous tree or a magnificent sunrise ☀️, or a kind smile from a stranger. Let’s all do this experiment together!!! 🙌

Happy Soulful Sunday!!

While prepping for the dawn of a new week, I’m filled with gratitude for all the goodness of this past week. It was a mixed bag for sure but the goodness far outweighs any not good things that happened.

I’m especially grateful for all of you in my life who cheer me on and who celebrate my wins with me by being really happy for me!! Thank you so much!!

However, I’m also grateful for those who don’t wish me well especially the ones who were vocal and demonstrative of their not being a fan of mine.

Say what?!

Yea, I’m being honest not sarcastic.

Why?

Because that negativity gave me the pause I needed to recognize that if I’m going to have an audience of fans and not fans; I might as well put on a show and work to the very best of my ability as a passionate human!!

Honestly, I don’t think I would have tried as hard or worked as much or analyzed things as thoroughly without those unkind people out there. I turned their disbelief info fuel for myself to bring my A game!!! My A game definitely helped me achieve all that I have today and all that it coming to me as well.

So, to my haters, non fans, family members/frenemies who never believed in me or treated me like I was too much; THANK YOU!! 😊 You definitely helped me become the person I am today in a most impactful way!!

I’m grateful for you all!!!
