April often brings a natural reset. As the seasons change, many of us begin to reorganize our spaces, adjust routines, and think about what we want to carry forward.

This year, we invite you to extend that reset to something we use every day: our phones and digital lives.

Technology connects us, informs us, and supports our work and relationships. At the same time, without intention, it can slowly begin to shape our attention, mood, sleep, and even our sense of self.

When it comes to technology, we often encourage people to pause and ask: What are my values, and do my actions align with them? Our phones are one of the clearest places we can see that alignment—or misalignment—play out in real time.

This morning we had the privilege of doing ground rounds at ValleyHealth. Alicia also provided a two hour training for the PHP and IOP behavioral therapist within the hospital all on eating disorders.

We are grateful for the opportunity to provide a way to bridge the gap by providing training and growing resources to an underserved population or community!

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is an evidence-based treatment designed for individuals who struggle with overcontrol — often experienced as perfectionism, rigidity, or emotional inhibition. This 30-week class helps build openness, flexibility, and authentic connection while developing social confidence and self-compassion. All Clarity facilitators are trained and certified by the treatment’s developer, Dr. Thomas Lynch, PhD, and bring specialized expertise to each class. Rolling admission is available, and all participants complete an assessment to ensure group fit and to ensure a smooth onboarding into the class.

Open enrollment for both teens & adults! See the link in our bio for more information.

March often brings a natural sense of transition—longer days, shifting routines, and the anticipation of a new season. 🌱 During times of change, it’s easy for our attention to focus on the bigger systems and uncertainties around us. In psychology, we call this locus of control, and it can be helpful to gently bring our focus back to what’s within our daily influence. Small actions—getting sunlight, maintaining routines, reaching out for support, or taking a few slow breaths—can help regulate the nervous system. Often, caring for the small moments is what builds resilience for the bigger picture. ✨

Kicking off Eating Disorder Awareness Week feeling inspired and energized 💛
Our clinicians, Alicia, Rachael, Madison, Mickey & Mackenzie had the privilege of attending the annual iaedp Symposium, where we connected with passionate providers from around the world, deepened our clinical knowledge, and learned about the latest research and best practices in eating disorder treatment.
