WOW! 'Tis the season for a huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated to our annual toy drive. This year we were thrilled to collect and deliver toys to families at Peaceful Paths. Thanks to our patients, team, providers, friends and family we collected over $2500 worth of toys (maybe more, there were A LOT). Thank you for your thoughtful and generous contributions!

This holiday season please consider donating toys for so that kids and families that are experiencing adversity in our area can celebrate too. Our toy drive runs through December 9 and we have collection boxes in all 3 of our offices.

How can you help prevent premature birth?

-Get early and regular prenatal care: This allows for monitoring and intervention.

-Practice healthy behaviors: Avoid to***co, alcohol, and illicit substances. Eat a balanced diet and get adequate rest.

-Talk to your provider: Discuss your medical history and any potential risks with your healthcare provider.

-Know the warning signs: Contact your doctor immediately if you experience symptoms of preterm labor, such as regular contractions or leaking fluid before 37 weeks.
