This week GCCC is also observing World Communication Week! This week aims to work as a catalyst for conversations and connections. Focus on how communication can improve your relationships and foster healthier and stronger connections! Not all conversations are easy, but to effectively communicate, you have to push yourself at times to have those conversations! Our therapists aim to help individuals find that strength and courage in themselves to improve their communication skills! If you’re interested in starting with one of our therapists be sure to check our website to learn more about each therapist and their availability!

Today GCCC observes Information Overload Awareness Day. On this day, we encourage people to take a step back and be mindful, giving yourself a break from the constant stream of information we encounter online daily. Practicing meditation, taking a moment to gather yourself, going for a walk, and doing a digital detox are all good ways to help give yourself mental clarity on this day. For more ideas, you can check out our Link Tree for resources linked in previous posts we’ve made about self-care. Take some time to calm your mind.
