At Axis, each client is put through a rigorous structural evaluation, flexibility test, and fitness assessment before any exercise is prescribed. We take pride in our work as health and wellness educators and strive to go above and beyond the usual call of a ‘Personal Trainer’, We call ourselves Educators. We inspire life-wide and life-long changes, not just with going to the gym more, but we consider factors that will positively affect the whole person.
Because we specialize in corrective exercise, we are able to work with those recovering from an injury, surgery, those with weak or problem joints, back issues, and safely train them to become better, faster, and stronger than before!
Need training for a specific event? No problem! From triathlons, to ragnars, to marathons, we can assist you in your event specific conditioning.
In addition to our personal training, we also offer small group training of 10 or less people with classes in the early morning and late evening to fit a variety of schedules.
