The Health Education and Training Center of Gainesville, Inc. (H.E.A.T.), in partnership with Humana, Inc., the Community Foundation of North Central Florida, and the Gainesville Community Reinvestment Area, Walmart, is proud to stand with parents and caregivers by providing free diapers to families in need. Together, we’re addressing diaper insecurity and building a stronger, more compassionate community.

Why Free Diapers Matter:

Easing Financial Strain — Diapers are expensive and not covered by most assistance programs. Our support helps ease the burden.

Empowering Parents — Dignity begins with access to essentials. Every diaper given is a step toward a healthier, more hopeful future.

Strengthening Communities — When we meet basic needs, we create resilience, connection, and care.

Another Win! Shout out to one of our graduates Ja'Nya for being a charting Boss!! She was a very active listener at our clients appointment and was able to capture all of her needs on the our new charting system created by Aneesha Smith. 🔥🔥

It's BLACK BREASTFEEDING WEEK!
Breastfeeding is such an amazing gift to human anatomy and physiology. It's free and natural! For some it's super easy, for some it's a hard journey and some can't even get started and that's okay. I'm glad we live in a world where there is space for all of it!

Let's celebrate the lady lumps! Whether they feed or give babies comfort snuggles!
