You need to know what you want and set goals for yourself that are achievable yet challenging. Developing healthy habits such as regular exercise, proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and stress management are essential in order to maintain physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Additionally, having meaningful relationships with family and friends can provide support during difficult times and help keep you accountable. It's also important to find joy in the small things in life and take time for yourself, whether through hobbies or meditation. Making lasting change is possible, and the process can be rewarding if you're willing to work for it. Just remember to stay positive and celebrate your successes along the way!

Cauliflower is a versatile veggie that can be used in place of other ingredients to lighten up favorite recipes. For example, riced cauliflower is a great way to reduce the carb count of dishes like stir fry and Thai curry. To make it, grate a cauliflower head using the largest holes on a box grater. Then, cook it in a pan with a bit of olive oil and spices until it's soft.

Cauliflower can also be used to make faux mashed potatoes. Just boil or steam until tender and mash with butter, coconut milk, and sea salt and pepper to taste. Add some chives for an added flavor boost, and you won't even realize you're not eating potatoes.

Most people know dieting is not an effective long-term solution for weight loss. In fact, many studies have shown that diets can lead to more weight gain in the long run - especially when you're not satisfied with what's on your plate!

There are much simpler and more sustainable ways to lose weight and keep it off. One of these is to learn to listen to your body's cues. Eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're satisfied is a much better approach than forcing your body to adhere to a restrictive diet. When you eat intuitively, you'll be more in tune with your hunger cues and less likely to overeat. You'll also be less likely to experience cravings, which can often lead to binge eating. Intuitive eating is a much more sustainable way to lose weight and is gentler on your body. So, if you're looking to make a change, try listening to your body instead of following a complicated diet.
