In response to the current health crisis, we are doing everything we can to continue to provide services to the community while adhering to all safety protocols. We are grateful for the ability to provide HIPAA compliant tele-health counseling sessions. (This a video conference option much like FaceTime or Zoom). These sessions are now being covered by all insurance plans and in some cases the co-pays are even being waived.
While we have traditionally recommended this platform to ages 10–12+, we realize that younger ages need support at this time too. We are trying to modify as much as possible to accommodate younger clients via this platform. However, It can also be used by parents to conference with one of our counselors to help provide necessary tools for both you and your child.
