We are excited for you to meet Liz Geiger! Liz is especially drawn to working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, concerns related to eating and body image, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Guided by deep respect for each client's lived experience, she strives to walk alongside them as they reconnect with their resilience, clarify what matters most to them, and cultivate a more grounded and authentic sense of self.
Outside of her professional work, Liz enjoys connecting with close friends and family over quality time and good food, engaging in movement and exercise to support both emotional and physical well-being, and writing poetry as a means of giving voice to emotion and the complexity of the human experience. One of her original poems reflects the heart of her work and her belief in resilience:
To count your scars like tree trunk rings-not to know how old you are but to show how strong you are and how brave you are and how many mountains you've moved so far continuing to grow through your pain-your battles were not fought in vain
