I’m really excited to be part of this evening 💕

On January 22, I’ll be at Club Synergie for Peels + Peptides, an introduction to natural peptides, what they are, how they work in the body, how they are different from synthetic peptides and why they’ve become part of my own long-term approach to wellness.

Happy Monday! This is a fantastic example of what I mean when I say “It’s not just about the weight you lose, but the health you gain!” This is current lab work from one of my clients and very good friend. The values in red are from her lab work prior to starting her wellness and weightloss journey with me. Everything has improved!💕 This warms my heart more than you can imagine. She has lost over 60lbs so far, but the non scale victories she is seeing are far greater than the number on the scale. Nutrition is key! I am so proud of her dedication and commitment to herself!
