HAPPY MAY!
March and April were busy months to say the least.

Between Work, Home, my business… my focus was handling it all, and still running an accountability group!

So many women having so many wins, and I’d love just being a part of that and witnessing it.

I plan to share more in here come this month! For now, happy May…

Here’s a little glimpse of my morning routine today!

• workout (lower body w/ Mackenzie)
• face ice bath
• outdoor steps
• vibration plate

MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!

03/27/2025

Good things take time & GREAT things take time AND effort.

When I look at that picture from a year ago, I was struggling to recover from (looking back) what was one of the most scariest times in my life!

I was trying to find some normalcy from what my body had went through and with so much trauma, it took a lot to come back from. Not being able to workout the way that I did, losing my hair, body trauma and just a feeling of depression are a few of my frustrations!

You can stay stuck, or you can make small daily changes that will add up…I promise! It doesn’t take a lot, to change a little! It doesn’t take talent to show up.

Looking back on the past 365 days, what have you done to create change for yourself or your family? Seriously, look back!

The past isn’t a place to stay too long, but it is a place to learn from.

In case anyone needs to hear this today…Whether it be in fitness, your workout, your overall wellness journey, work or just LIFE! Every little bit adds up, every day you show up for yourself makes a difference… While this may just be a holding side plank to you — this is a move that I have had to get down on my knee for and couldn’t hold longer than a few seconds this past year (especially after 911 appendectomy and recovery) but not now — I AM DOING IT AND HOLDING IT!Funny enough, the 1st round I started on my knees and thought to myself “have I even tried getting up?”…Finished the last 2 rounds fully up and holding (and shaking 🤣)!You got this. I’m cheering you on, wherever you are! 🫶🏼 💪: LIIFT 4

You know that “enough is enough” feeling?

Even though I was on my way to feeling better last fall, this was my way of feeling GREAT!

The weight loss, the muscle gain, the overall looks of this journey is such a beautiful byproduct —- but what a picture can’t show is how I show up every day much better than I did previously, that I’m managing stress and emotions in a way that is productive, that I have more energy than I have had in a very long time, and my overall symptoms from my perimenopause and thyroid have taken a rest!

You can’t put a price tag on any of that! Anything that’s worth it, is worth the investment!

I would love nothing more than for you to feel this good if that’s what you’re needing, and I do believe that everybody could use this! Comment READY, and I’ll send you the link… It’s as easy as that! 💥

Nothing changes…
Unless something changes.
MAKE A MOVE! 💥

I may not show my morning routine as much as I did, but don’t let that fool you — I still show up every day, taking my peptides, moving my body in some way shape or form, and aim to work on my mindset most days!

This journey isn’t fast, it’s not suppose to be but it is suppose to be rewarding and fruitful!

I hope this reminds you that easy isn’t worth it, but doing things with EASE and routine is where it’s at! 💯

Let me know if you need a nudge in the direction that can make you feel better and better each day! 🫶🏼

It’s been a while 👋🏼

I promised myself this would be my daily drop of what I’m up to in the wellness world and my little itty bitty space on the Internet!

So back to it!

365 days…

I’m not even upset with that 1st picture, I was coming out of one of the most traumatic health scares of my life! From what my family and the surgeon said, I’m lucky to be alive! Not to be dramatic, but when you’re told that, and then you go back and research it and realize you are… You can’t help it be so grateful and make each day/week/month count for the year!

2/11/24 —> 2/11/25: 365 days of ups and downs, but it’s nice to see and feel that I’m on the up and up! I’ve cared more about my health these past 7 months than I have at any point in my life and it’s because I’ve seen a lot of loss and struggle lately. The stronger we are (physically snd emotionally) the more we can take on life challenges!

What are you doing to be healthier today? What are you doing to be stronger today? What are you doing to build up a mindset that can overcome the hard days?

For me: my new natural peptides (PM me about these), movement, hydration, focusing on more nutritious foods, and personal development has been the game changer for me! Helping me conquer perimenopause symptoms and my thyroid diseases!
