All About Women Advanced Gynecology is seeking an enthusiastic, FULL-TIME PHONE RECEPTIONIST who can communicate effectively with both young and geriatric patients for our Gainesville location. We are looking for someone with excellent phone management skills.
The job requirements also include faxing medical documents and scanning medical documents into patient records. The ability to schedule appointments is extremely important as is copying insurance cards and processing credit card payments. Computer skills are required to search for and obtain all necessary insurance information from various web sites and our EMR system. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently and independently is necessary. The position is full-time with health benefits, 401k, paid time off, and other benefit options.

Requirement: High school diploma, or its equivalent, with experience in using Microsoft Office.

After nearly 20 years of providing services to you in the Women’s Center of North Florida, we are excited to announce that our office will be relocating on Saturday, April 26, 2025, to a location off NW 39th Avenue. This new office space will allow us to better serve your healthcare needs with more exam rooms, a larger waiting area, easy access parking and more. We will begin seeing patients on Monday, April 28th.
We will continue to provide all the same advanced gynecology services. Our team is here to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. Please find below the address of our new location. Our office hours, phone and fax numbers will remain the same.
