The UF Health Shands Children's Hospital pumpkin decorating contest is here to kick off the Halloween season.

Eighteen departments that care for our pediatric patients joined the fun to create these festive pumpkins. Scroll through our pumpkin patch and vote for your favorite by liking or reacting to the photo.

The pumpkin with the most likes or reactions on Facebook will be our community winner. Our pediatric patients will also vote from inside the hospital to choose a children’s hospital winner.

Voting closes Sunday, Nov. 3. Stay tuned to see who wins!

We are now just 4 days’ away from the 4th Annual Cancer Chomp. Don’t forget to come out this Saturday at 8am for some family fun! 🌟

There will be food trucks, mini therapy horses, the gator marching band and get to meet the UF mascots Albert and Alberta gator. All proceeds from the event help support patients and their families undergoing brain tumor treatment at UF Health. 🐊
