Did you know that at Momentum Physical Therapy we offer dry needling?

To get dry needling you will need to follow the following steps:

1. Set up an initial evaluation at our office to see if you would be an ideal candidate for dry needling. This appointment can be covered by your health insurance.

2. If you qualify, then you will need to get an order for dry needling by your referring physician.

3. Contact our office and specifically set up a dry needling appointment with either Michele or Sharon!
