First day back with our group classes and we’re kicking things off strong 🔥
Tonight is our Friday Self-Defense Class at 7 PM hosted at Supreme Athletics!

🚨Friendly reminder: this will be our last self-defense class for a while. We’ll be bringing it back later in the year 🥊
