Our partners at Maryland Dental Action Coalition (MDAC), a nonprofit dedicated to providing access to dental health services for all Marylanders, are seeking information about how Maryland residents access dental services, how they like to receive information about healthcare, as well as social media habits. The information gathered from this survey will help MDAC and its partners to create a social media awareness campaign around access to oral health care services and the importance of oral health.
