The front of the package is designed to sell the product.

The nutrition label and ingredient list tell the truth.

A few quick things to check:
✔ Serving size
✔ Protein and fiber
✔ Added sugars
✔ Ingredient list

In general, the simpler the ingredients, the better.

Better awareness leads to better decisions.
