Have you ever had a moment where your breath suddenly softens, or a feeling of ease moves through your body—almost like something just “let go”?
That’s what I call flow.
In Spinal Flow, there are three beautiful ways we see this happen during a session:
Perception Flow — a subtle shift inside, a sense of connection, or even just a deep breath.
Movement Flow — your spine moves gently in a wave, as if releasing something it no longer needs.
Breath Flow — the rhythm of your breath changes as your nervous system relaxes.
Each of these is your body saying, “Thank you. I remember how to heal.”
What I love most about this work is that it’s guided by your own nervous system. I don’t need to push or fix anything—just contact the right places and trust your body’s innate wisdom to take over.
