That week between Christmas and New Year where time feels... irrelevant?
It’s the perfect moment to pause - not to hustle, plan obsessively, or “fix” anything - but just to take a deep breath and honour where you are.
I like to use this time as a mini ritual to reflect, reset, and gently prepare for the year ahead - with no pressure, just presence.
If you feel like doing the same, here’s a simple practice I love:
🌿 Move your body - a walk, some light stretching, or even just laying in stillness and tuning in.
🌿 Breathe deeply - a few conscious breaths can shift everything.
🌿 Reflect with kindness - not on what you “should” have done, but what you did do. What you’re proud of.
🌿 Set a gentle intention - not a resolution, but a vision. What would feel good to welcome into your life next year?
This little ritual is my reminder that I don’t need to rush into the next chapter - I can enter it with ease, clarity, and care.
