Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is located in Galax, Virginia, which is in the center of the Twin Counties of Grayson and Carroll in Southwest Virginia. TCRH is a 141-bed facility that includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services. TCRH offers a variety of services including inpatient and outpatient surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, stroke services and women’s health and birthing center. TCRH is considered a rural hospital that serves a large Medicare population, as well as, a total population of approximately 60,000. 🎃 Halloween at Twin County Regional Healthcare was a spook-tacular success! 👻

Our halls were alive with laughter, creativity, and just the right amount of spooky fun. From Indiana Jones and Darth Vader making rounds to pumpkin spice caring at the bedside, the costumes were incredible! The Lorax may have drawn your blood while a cute puppy ran your tests—what a treat!

We had spooky screens, playful screams, games galore, and a health fair that kept everyone learning while celebrating. A huge THANK YOU to all the departments who sponsored rooms and made this event both fun and meaningful. Your creativity and teamwork truly shined!

Twin County Regional Healthcare at the 2025 Governor’s Summit on Rural Prosperity

CEO William Alley and Marketing Coordinator Christa Harrison joined leaders from across Virginia in Hanover County for the annual Summit hosted by the Virginia Rural Center. With keynote remarks from Governor Glenn Youngkin, the event focused on rural healthcare, housing, jobs, and agriculture.

🤝 They connected with policymakers like Senator Emily Jordan, Delegate Scott Wyatt, and Delegate Hillary Pugh Kent, and joined panels with leaders including Jason El Koubi (VEDP), Secretary Juan Pablo Segura, and Scott Sink (Virginia Farm Bureau).
