The parking lots have a thin layer of ice so we will be moving appointments to telehealth today or rescheduling to ensure patient and staff safety. We will open tomorrow 12/10/2925 at 10 am. Please stay in and stay safe

We plan to open at 10 am on 12/9/2025. Our staff have attempted to call everyone with patients in the morning before 10 am. Please be safe in the morning. If you have an appointment scheduled and would like to change it to a Telehealth or reschedule, please leave us a message on the office answering machine or send a message in the Healow app.

We have decided to close the clinic today 12/8/2025 because the roads are not clear. Our staff will be calling patients that were previously scheduled and offering telehealth visits or rescheduling appointments. Stay home and stay safe today.

🎄 Angel Tree Update 🎄

We’re still processing this year’s Angel Tree applications. If you haven’t heard from us yet, don’t worry, we’ll be in touch with everyone by this Friday, November 7th. It is a lot of information to process.

So far, 115 children across 40 families have applied, and 41 children are already sponsored. 💛

Applications closed Friday, October 31st.
