Our organization will monitor the weather all weekend and give you updates if changes happen. The games are scheduled as planned for this weekend both Friday and Saturday night.

Saturday Night Update
Due to weather-related delivery delays, our promotion of Team Photo Night and postgame autographs have been rescheduled for a future game. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and will announce the new date soon.

That said, we still have some great things planned for Saturday night! The first 300 fans through the doors will receive a free Blue Ridge Bobcats sticker, courtesy of Stickerfied of Wytheville.

In addition, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank those who help keep our region running every day through these storms. All VDOT employees and linemen are invited to enjoy free admission to Saturday night’s Bobcats game by simply showing their work badge at the door.

If you know a lineman or VDOT employee, be sure to spread the word — this is our small way of saying thank you for everything you do for our community.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the rink Friday & Saturday night.

Happy National Activities Professionals Week!

We’re celebrating Johnny C., who began his journey at Senior Home Share as one of our top Interactive Companion Care Professionals and Patient Safety Techs—and has truly shown up and shown out since stepping into his role as Activities Director in October.

One of our caregivers recently shared a moment that perfectly captures Johnny’s heart: before the new year, Johnny created and performed a skit for our clients (yes—he made it up himself!), and ended the day with an unexpected twist… silly string! He invited clients to show their appreciation for their caregivers by spraying them—and the laughter, smiles, and pure joy that followed made it a moment no one will forget.

Johnny brings creativity, connection, and so much joy to our residents, always finding unique ways to get them involved and create meaningful moments. We are incredibly grateful for the energy, fun, and compassion he brings to our clients and team every day. 💚
