This past year some of you may know that I was invited to participate in The PEARL Study where I helped follow 36 families that had a child or children diagnosed with Autism. As many of you also know I believe food is medicine. 🙌🏻 Our study focused on Lifestyle Modifications and combined the USDA My Plate but we said it should be “Organic”. This summer I will be working closely with our teams as we get ready to publish our findings and continue to present many more posters.
